7/24/09: Last summer Congress passed the new Post-9/11 GI Bill to add new education benefits for those serving in the Armed Forces. This new program goes into effect on August 1, 2009. Over the past few months, a number of questions about how the new benefits apply to those military professionals who would like to pursue postsecondary career and technical education and training.
